Frequently asked questions
How does a PC check work? +
Your staff generates a six-digit PIN and sends it to the player. The player opens the portable Windows scanner, reviews the data notice, enters the PIN and runs the 38-module check. The completed report appears in your dashboard.
Is SGC a permanent or live anti-cheat? +
No. SGC is an on-demand forensic PC Checker. It is opened for a requested check and does not need to remain running while the player is in-game.
Does SGC work with games other than FiveM? +
Yes. The core PC Checker collects Windows-level evidence across games. FiveM also receives dedicated local-artifact coverage; RedM and the other listed games currently use the general evidence modules described on their coverage pages.
Do Lifetime and Team use the same scanner? +
Yes. Both include the complete PC Checker, reports and official detection updates. Team adds a shared workspace and more simultaneous PIN capacity; it does not unlock a better detection engine.
What is the difference between Lifetime and Team? +
Lifetime is a one-user licence with a single payment and no renewal. Team is a monthly workspace for ten total users, with shared PINs, reports and history. Team does not include permanent access; Lifetime does not include Team seats.
How much does it cost? +
Individual Lifetime is a single payment of €29.99. Team costs €19.99 per month.
Are PC checks limited? +
No. Both licences include unlimited PC checks and report history. Individual can keep up to 20 unused PINs active at once; Team can keep up to 100 active across the shared workspace. Used, revoked or expired PINs free capacity.
Does a report prove that somebody cheated? +
No automated check can guarantee that. SGC reports are advisory evidence for trained moderators. Review the findings, their context and your own server policy before taking action.
